Rondah AI raises $1.8M to Redefine Patient Engagement for Dental Enterprises
Dental practices are losing patients to missed calls, overworked front desks, and outdated workflows. Staffing is getting harder. Revenue is getting harder. But one thing is clear: the front desk can’t keep running on voicemail and hope.
That’s why we started Rondah AI — to automate the high-stakes chaos at the front of every dental office. Today, we’re excited to share that we’ve raised a $1.8M pre-seed round, co-led by Twelve Below and 2048 Ventures, to bring this to scale.
Where We’re Headed
For decades, dental practices have been forced to work around their tools — limited staff, legacy systems, and disconnected workflows. The front desk became a bottleneck: missed calls, no-shows, and inconsistent follow-up. No one feels this pain more than Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). Everyone knew it was broken, but there wasn’t a better way.
Now there is.
The technology has caught up. AI agents can now engage patients like a trained team member — not just answering calls, but understanding them, following through, and closing the loop.
We’re building toward a future where patient communication is instant, intelligent, and always-on. No more voicemails. No more dropped leads. No more waiting on hold.
Rondah AI solves this with AI agents that handle every call, 24/7. We schedule appointments, follow up, reschedule, and manage workflows — just like a high-performing team member, without the burnout.
Where We’re At
Rondah AI is deploying to hundreds of practices — used by some of the largest DSOs in North America. Practices using us have eliminated missed calls and doubled their appointment bookings. Not "helped a bit." Doubled.
And we’re just getting started. This funding helps us go deeper:
Outbound recalls & reactivation
Insurance workflows & billing
Persistent memory for patient context
Multi-language, multi-channel support
Seamless integrations with existing dental tech
Why Us
We didn’t land in dentistry by accident. Allan, Mohammed, and I grew up in Allan’s family’s dental practices. We’ve worked the phones, dealt with no-shows, and handled front-office stress. That’s our edge — we know what breaks in a dental practice because we’ve lived it.
Now we’re building the tech stack we wish we had — AI-native tools that do the job better, faster, and always on time.
What’s Next
We’re building the infrastructure layer for modern dentistry. The front desk is just the beginning.
Next, we’re unifying the data pipeline across every channel of patient engagement — phone, text, web, in-office — to power AI agents that don’t just assist, but lead. These agents will spearhead everything from new patient intake to reactivation to revenue cycle management, automating the entire front office end-to-end.
This isn’t just about answering calls — it’s about rethinking how dental practices engage patients, run operations, and grow. We’re here to change dentistry forever.
Big thank you to Twelve Below, 2048 Ventures, and all our early customers who believed in us when it was just an idea. We’re just getting started.
